I believe in mutual relationship when it comes to coaching. Yeah, great: I can give you a schedule and ask you whether you like beans or not. But in order to really get THE BEST out of you, WE need to know more about each other. Since you will be placing your trust in me, I want to use this page to:
- Introduce myself
- What I believe in
- What I want to achieve myself
If anything , I hope that you read this section and had a good chuckle over my jokes. If you have any questions, at any point: do not hesitate to shoot me a message

If you stuck around for this long: congratulations!
Hi, I’m Bob Kreder (well: technically Robert Kreder, but just like Obi Wan Kenobi that is a name I haven’t heard in a long time). I’m of the ripe old age of 31, and live in Amsterdam together with my girlfriend Leonie and our two bunnies Darwin and Jane. I have a sister and a brother in law, and the two most awesome parents on the planet. My day job is in Financial Crime Compliance for a large bank, and although it is really cool to help combat some serious problems in the world, I do have a certain character trait that does not combine well with an office job:
I hate sitting still, working diligently, being quiet and organized. You see if I would describe myself: imagine Tazmanian Devil as a test subject for caffeine tolerance. Combine this with a “slightly competitive nature”, and you get someone who’s first love in life was sports. And will always be sports. Oh yeah: I’m also tall

Thanks to my parents, I got to grow up riding motorcycles all my childhood. Like I said before: I had the most amazing, supporting, selfless, loving, caring parents any kid could ever wish for. My dad would go to work at 4am, just so he could be done earlier and drive cross-country just so I could practice on weekdays while I was in uni. Whenever I had races on the weekends, my mom would wake up at 5am just to make us sandwiches and pack the bottles of drinks… on her only day off. I took this immense investment as a couple of lessons:
- Helping others is cool as f*ck!!
- Wanting something means putting in work
- Not even the biggest solo endeavours are really solo.

So now, I’m 31 and what do I like to do? Well, I still love sports. I want to enjoy it as much as possible. I also love to travel (again, hate sitting still) and I love beautiful nature sceneries. I love to “suffer” for long periods of time, and if I get to see a lot of nature at the same time: that’s a double win. So naturally, my next sports endeavours are triathlons!
Everything in life requires balance, but I can’t do anything half-assed. So if I’m not being an over-competitive athlete: I am partying it up on snow covered mountains, either on the slopes or in the apres-ski bar. I also love really loud and aggressive music, and music festivals… and beer and burgers, but of course vegan burgers. But if I have to sit down and be quiet: give me some comic books please.
I’m a hell-raiser, risk taker: full speed ahead, ’till I’m dead in the fast-lane

What do I believe in
I believe in a lot of things. There, next chapter. But seriously, I think it’s important to sketch a few of my believes so that you all know who you are dealing with.
- Getting to work for something is great blessing in this life;
- Although your goals are great, cool, and important: the journey is there to be enjoyed;
- Gratification from achieving your goals is amplified by the work put it
- Helping others in life is one of the coolest things you can do
- Never half-ass anything in life, whatever you do: always use your full ass
- For me, that means being hyped and loud about everything that I do, and diving in head-first
- Although I have some strong convictions, one of them is that I am not in charge of your life
- This is also why I am very positively not a lifestyle coach
- But I am always happy to share my thoughts, if that’s what you want 🙂
- I hope to be nice, kind, giving, and caring. But:
- Because of my own history: I don’t tolerate bullies, nor bullying. And when I say that I don’t tolerate it, I mean that I will strike down any attempts at those things swiftly. This also means that my coaching style will never be based on fear and intimidation. Whoever uses that is f*cking stupid.
- I do believe that everyone bides well with a swift kick in the ass every now and then 😉
- I believe in loving all animals. I mean, look at them:
